Door Monitoring
CareAlert® 600/700 Door Monitoring Points provide simple and effective management of perimeter doors to ensure that any unauthorised egress is detected and staff duly alerted.
When activated, the Door Monitoring Point generates a distinct tone which can immediately be distinguished so that staff are aware that a door has been opened. The exact door location can be identified by viewing the nearest system display unit.
Monitoring options include automatic activation of the Call System in the following events:
- Operation of local Emergency Door Release Call Point (Standart Feature)
- Opening door in the event of power failure or failure of locking device
- Door left open (CareDoor plus)
