We upgraded and extended the Fire Alarm System on a supply, install & commission basis. The installation complies with the requirements of BS5839-Part 1 2017 Category L2.
All system components are fully open protocol, and the fire alarm cause & effect was carefully developed in conjunction with the iQ Health & Safety Team to meet their specific safety objectives. Redundant mains-interlinked smoke and heat detectors were also removed and made good as part of the works.
In excess of 1800 fire alarm devices were installed in this project.
