iQ Studios 51 comprises a singleblock of self-contained studio accommodation units with a central courtyard.
Fixfire® supplied and installed an ‘open-protocol’ control panel and replaced all existing loop active components with XP95 equivalent devices, including smoke/heat/multi-sensor detectors, manual call points, sounders and beacons. In excess of 600 fire alarm devices were installed in this project.
