Fixfire^® upgraded and extended the existing Fire Alarm System to meet the requirements for  a Category L2 in accordance with BS5839-Part 1 2017. The system was upgraded from a closed to open protocol system employing the ADV/Plus range of Fire Alarm Control Panels. In excess of 1000 fire alarm devices were installed on this significant project. Our experienced installation team overcame challenges such as the building being almost 70 years old with very high coffered ceilings and several areas being under separate ownership/lease.
