The CareAlert® IP470 has been designed to enhance older Intercall 600 and 700 systems to provide online call logging. The IP470 provides call logging functionality that has previously only been available on the latest generation of systems and will take your older system to the next level without the expense of a complete system upgrade.
The IP470 provides an Ethernet port for direct connection to either a single PC or LAN and is accessed via your web-browser irrespective of the windows platform that you may be operating.
The embedded log stores up to 7 million system events which can be easily retrieved and analysed. Every call type is individually logged and time/date stamped and reports can be quickly generated eg Bedroom 10 ‘Emergency Calls’ from X to Y date.
For enhanced functionality, the CareAlert® CMS/IP call logging software is available separately. The main screen keeps a track of all system activity as it occurs, with all current calls highlighted, together with the location of staff. ‘Pop up’ notifications can be configured to report standard calls, emergency calls or system faults.
